He traveled through the streets and alleys of cities such as Santiago and Valparaiso, looking for potential customers and partners. For every meeting with a customer, he prepared carefully, learned about the customer’s background and needs in detail, and provided personalized solutions for the customer’s pain points.
During a negotiation with a local large retailer, the customer questioned the quality of our company’s products. He believed that we had no obvious advantages compared with other local suppliers. In the face of the customer’s doubts, Alberto patiently introduced the product characteristics, production process and after-sales service advantages of our company to the customer. He also invited the customer to visit our domestic production base online. Through video connection, the customer can intuitively understand our production process and quality control system. After many in-depth communications and exchanges, the customer was finally impressed by his sincerity and professionalism and reached a preliminary cooperation intention with our company.
