The tube is made from black modified nitrile which is resistant to oil, abrasion and corrosion.
It’s reinforced with multiple layers of textile fabric and steel cable, with one layer middle rubber placed between cable layers.
The cover is made from black modified nitrile. It’s specially designed ultra resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cutting, gouging, oil and weather.
Rotary Vibrator Hose is designed for flexible connection between standpipe and swivel (Rotary Drilling) or between pump and standpipe (Rotary Vibrator) for pumping mud at extra high pressure in oil drilling and exploration work.
It meets the high demands of directional drilling and down linking with negative pressure pulses and elevated temperatures. This hose can also be used as a Motion Compensator hose for stabilization of rotary drilling and pumping equipment against vertical wave action on offshore drill platforms. The Motion Compensator hose is not recommended for phosphate ester fluids.
BOP Hose is an armored hose assemblies with flame resistant cover withstand minimum 700℃flame temperature at working pressure for 5 minutes without failure.
Choke & Kill Hose is used as flexible hose between the riser and manifold or around the ball joint of offshore drilling rigs, specially designed to withstand high pressure.
The working temperature is from -20℃ to 82℃ for Rotary Vibrator Hose; -40℃ to 100℃ for Bop Hose; and -20℃ to 93℃ for Choke & Kill Hose
Different hoses work in different pressure.
For Rotary Vibrator Hose, there are 6 grades. The working pressure is 1600 psi and the testing pressure is 3200 psi for grade A; working pressure 2000 psi and testing pressure 4000 psi for grade B; working pressure 4000 psi and testing pressure 8000 psi for grade C; working pressure 5000 psi, testing pressure 10000 psi and minimum burst pressure 12500 psi for grade D; working pressure 7500 psi, testing pressure 15000 psi and minimum burst pressure 18750 psi for grade E; working pressure 10000 psi and testing 15000 psi for grade E.
For Bop Hose, the working pressure could be 5000 psi and 10000 psi; the minimum burst pressure could be 10000 psi and 25000 psi.
For Choke & Kill Hose, the working pressure could be 5000 psi, 10000 psi and 15000 psi according to different sizes; the testing pressure could be 10000 psi, 15000 psi and 20000 psi; and the corresponding minimum burst pressure could be 15000 psi, 22500 psi and 33750 psi.

The Rotary Vibrator Hose is produced according to API 7K-0376/ISO 14693; the Bop Hose is produced according to API 16D-0109/ISO 14693 and the Choke & Kill Hose is produced according to API 16C-0374/ISO 14693

A blowout preventer, or BOP, is a large specialized unit weighing up to 400 tonnes that is used to prevent an oil spill from occurring. It works like a valve to close an oil well, similar to a plumber closing a valve in a pipe, and are proven to be highly effective in ensuring well safety.
BOP and associated valves are installed on top of the casing head before drilling ahead after rigging up. These high-pressure safety valves and associated equipment are designed to shut off the well hole and prevent the escape of the underground fluids and prevent a blowout from occurring.
