How to replace the fully braided spray hose
1. Use a ruler to measure the length of the fully braided spray hose pipe between the sprayer hose and the spray rod.
2. Find a section of iron pipe and cut out a 22 cm long section with a saw.
3. Then insert this section of copper pipe into the cotton braided spray hose. The inlet of the pipe is generally 12 mm and the outlet is 10 mm. So it is better to insert from the larger section. Use pointed pliers to turn the copper pipe several times at the end of the pipe where the spray rod is connected to expand the mouth of the copper pipe and close to the pipe.
4. Then apply AB glue between the copper pipe and the pipe. The purpose is to combine the pipe and the copper pipe together. Let it dry for 15 minutes.
5. Next, directly connect the hose to the output pipe of the spray pump and clamp it with a clamp. If there is no extra clamp, you can also use the copper core of the copper core wire to tighten it several times.
6. After 15 minutes, you can repair the pipe with the copper pipe and remove the excess glue marks.
7. Connect the other end of the hose directly to the copper pipe. Because the hose is elastic, the connection is also tight.
8. Finally, use the clamp to tighten the hose and copper pipe. In order to facilitate the replacement of the pipe, put the switch line parallel to the pipe into the bottom of the sprayer, which is convenient and beautiful. At the same time, the new pipe can be used for a longer time.
