1. When starting or stopping pumping concrete, you should contact the operator of the front hose. The bending radius of the front hose should be greater than 1m, and the operator is not allowed to stand at the outlet of the pipe. Because the sudden spray of concrete may injure people.
2. The concrete pump hose should be fixed and padded. It is strictly forbidden to bend the abrasion resistant hose to prevent the hose from exploding. When the pipeline is blocked, the end of the soft joint will swing rapidly when pumping after treatment. At the same time, concrete may be sprayed instantly. Therefore, the staff must not approach the hose.
3. Never stand at the corner of the building and hold the end hose in your hand. Because the shaking of the hose or the spraying of concrete may cause the operator to fall from the building.
4. Before the concrete pump truck pumps concrete, first pump clean water. Check each pipe clamp to ensure that the seal is not leaking. Then pump the pipeline lubricant, generally using mortar, or cement slurry. Pour the mortar into the hopper for pressure delivery. When the mortar is about to be pressed, the concrete can be delivered.
5. If the mortar pressure delivery is blocked, remove the first section of the pipe. Then take out the internal dehydration block, connect the pipe, and it can operate normally.
6. When the concrete pump truck is running, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the hopper and water tank. During the pumping process, the concrete material should be kept above the mixing axis. At the same time, it is not allowed to suck empty or pump without material.
7. If the pumping is suspended for a long time, the pump must be turned on every 15-30 minutes. Reverse pump 1-2 strokes, and then pump forward 1-2 strokes. This prevents the concrete material in the pipe from condensing.
